: Browsing the forum with a VPN/Proxy is permitted, however, you must signup with your home IP. If you register from a VPN/Proxy your account will be rejected automatically. We use dynamic IP evaluation to evaluate the probability of your IP being a VPN/Proxy in real time, using advanced mathematical modelling and modern computing techniques. It is extremely accurate (zero false positives to date). This is an unfortunate but necessary measure to help prevent ban evasion and dupe accounts.
